Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy (PFPT) is a type of physical therapy that helps treat pelvic floor dysfunction by teaching patients how to strengthen, relax, and coordinate their pelvic muscles. PFPT can help with a variety of conditions, including:

  • Postpartum care
  • Back or pelvic pain during pregnancy
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Chronic pelvic pain
  • Constipation
  • Urinary frequency issues
  • Pain with sexual intercourse

PFPT is a very effective and conservative approach to treating pain and the musculoskeletal dysfunction of the pelvic floor region. You will be evaluated by our pelvic health physical therapist, Anna Duffey PT DPT, who is trained in meeting the unique needs of pelvic related dysfunctions.

Anna looks forward to working with you to resolve or improve your symptoms to achieve a better quality of life.
